Our clients are typically from Eastern Idaho–specifically, Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, Pocatello, and surrounding areas. However, we also represent clients from all over the United States and all over the world. If you’re local, we’re happy to work with you in person, and if you’re not local, we’re happy to work with you over email, Zoom, and phone.
We have filed immigration paperwork with USCIS for individuals from more than sixty different countries.
We’re seeing a lot of changes in immigration law. Standard procedure last week may no longer be standard procedure today. Many forms are much longer and much more complex than they were five or six years ago; more evidence is expected, wait times are often longer, and interviews are sometimes more difficult.
