Tim’s law practice includes most aspects of immigration law, with a focus on family immigration and business immigration. He speaks regularly on the marriage green card process to student groups. He published a book on K-1 visas, which can be found for sale on Amazon. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is active in the Idaho AILA chapter, where he previously served as Secretary and Treasurer.

Tim has been practicing law in Eastern Idaho since 2011. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May 2011 in the top 20% of his class. During his last two years of law school, he served on his law school’s Law Review and he worked for Burg Simpson, a large law firm with offices in several states. He was President of his local small town Idaho Kiwanis in 2014 and 2015.
