Tim’s law practice includes most aspects of immigration law, with a focus on family immigration and business immigration. He speaks regularly on the marriage green card process to student groups. He published a book on K-1 visas, which can be found for sale on Amazon. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is active in the Idaho AILA chapter, where he previously served as Secretary and Treasurer.

Tim is licensed to practice law in Idaho and has been practicing law in Eastern Idaho since 2011. He practices exclusively U.S. immigration law and represents clients in Idaho and throughout the world.

Wendy graduated from Boise State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. She has always felt a strong connection to the immigrant community being Mexican-American herself. She has a love of learning about different cultures which has led her to travel abroad to S. Korea, Japan and China. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Sofia is a legal assistant at the firm. Before coming to the U.S., she earned a Colombian law degree at Pontificia Javeriana University and worked as an attorney in Colombia as an associate at several prominent Colombian and international law firms, including Langon Colombia and Benitez Quintero Lawyers. Her future plans include working towards a J.D. in the U.S. so she can practice law here too.
